Italeri Short Stirling 1/72

I would actually build a Stirling - I missed-out on the Airfix kit back in the day. Have to say tho' and absolutely no disrespect meant nor intended, but you'd have to go a country-mile to beat the old Roy Cross box art !!

They where the best :notworthy ,
i still can recall the feeling walking into the model shop as a kid and seeing the Airfix kits.

PS
The italeri Stirling looks like a good kit (y)

Well, I was so thrilled that someone had made a replacement for the ancient Airfix kit that I bought one.

It is waiting in line with others.

The newish Revell Halifax might even get build before be they are both in line

Cheers, Christian B)

Lookee! Lots of parts! For myself, I don't care for hinged ailerons. Better operating flaps!
Very sweet looking kit!
Thanks Gary!
