Happy Thanksgiving!

Every year, when we sit down for the traditional Lasanga and Garlic Bread, the Millisor/Miller family take a moment to reflect on what we are thankful for since last Thanksgiving.

This year I am grateful that I have a wonderful friend, companion and supporter in my wife Carol. She has been the rock in my life for many years (14+). I am thankful that my children are gainfully employed and living independently. I am grateful for the home that Carol has made for me. I am grateful to this nation for the opportunities that have been offered me.

And I am thankful to you, my fellow plastic addicts, for your laughter, support, encouragement and lunacy.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Long story short, I'm fryin' a turkey this year. Ma-in-Law wants steaks and taters so that's cool. I wasn't planning on frying a turkey but it just happened.

Have a save and joyous Thanksgiving y'all. :mpup

:43 the guy trying to put it out with water...:rotf

Yep, you can make fire with oil and fire. I'm a semi trained professional cook and there will be 2 firefighters (One's the Chief!) and at least 2 paramedics on scene. :mpup

I would like to wish everyone a blessed Thanksgiving. While this is a mostly an American holiday it extends to all of our MA family throughout the world. While the holiday has lost its way in commercialism let us all take a moment and reflect on the many things that we have to be Thankful for.

....and watch out for them exploding turkeys

The good news is that it's Thanksgiving, best wishes to everyone ! (y) The bad news is that I'm another year older today :eek:ldguy

Wishing you all a happy, good thankfulness of Day! (Trumpeter instructions)
Full hearts, Homes and tummies!
And a nap!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my US MA friends! I am also very thankful for those of you elsewhere in the world! It really goes to show just how similar we all are at heart even though we live in different places and have different cultures and backgrounds.

On another note, my phone died completely today. :bang head On a positive is that the new one I had been pondering is on sale. :facepalm Just still wouldn't have gone for a new phone if had not needed to.

Happy Birthday Gary! (y)

I'll have to say, we had a Turkey success. Only meat left on the bones would have to be boiled off. :dude

No unwanted fires and my public service count was off, 2 Firefighters, 2 Paramedics and 1 RN. none of their services needed. :v

I made both of my Gramma Rhiner's Thanksgiving special treats. Peach cake and Her amazing Magic Brownies.
No narcotics are involved! The best of both secret recipes I have ever baked this year.
Teresa prepared Her legendary crock-pot baked beans and a homemade whipped cream.
There are a great many things to be thankful for this season!
One of them is our Merry Band of Model Miscreants.
Thanks Men!
