Des Delatorre, the owner and administrator of WW1AIRCRAFTMODELS, passed away this morning. His build logs, how to's and scratch builds were an inspiration to many in the WW1 modeling community. The site will continue for the time being under an acting moderator.

I really liked him. Didn't have a lot of interaction with him but I loved the way he ran his website (Log story).

Thoughts and prayers to his family.

Did he pass the reigns to someone else for web mastering?
