On October 27,last Friday, I was in the truck stop diner to eat. Some really bad pain hit me on my right side chest area.

I thought kidney stones again.

After a cat scan, I have masses in my liver. No idea yet if it is cancer.

I will be home soon . I am leaving a lot of my stuff from my truck at our terminal in Kansas City,MO. Then getting on the train home.

Before I get home, I am going to try and register with the VA. Hopefully that will be beneficial for me as far as care and costs go.

I had gotten everything out of my truck yesterday ,and the inside clean, and had gotten a motel for the night. My train going home was to leave at 07:43 today from Kansas City, MO. When I had gotten to the station, I had maybe twenty minutes to spare. I use the Amtrak app, so no need to get tickets printed.

I keep waiting to hear it is time to board for the train I am to be on. Nothing. I figured it must be running late. I go to the ticket booth and ask about it. I was told it left at 07:43. The man was kind enough to change tickets for me for train that leaves tomorrow. I also found out only in certain areas the speakers work. :bang head

Oh that sucks. I hope you get well soon and I hope VA can help you. Thoughts and prayers :zen

Thoughts and prayers Chad . Hope there's an easy answer for this problem .

If you have some leeway, don't rely on the VA. They take forever to get anything done.

Ask if they can refer you to an outside specialist . That might be faster.

Thanks everyone for the positive waves. I made it home yesterday. Now today, I will be looking around on where to get treated.
