Model Master paints

Heard about this at the show, that they were being discontinued? Looked around and here is what I found:

Thank you for contacting Rust-Oleum Product Support.
The 9580D International Military & Figure Enamel was recently discontinued due to the lack of support for it in the marketplace, however the Model Master paint line as a whole is still available:

Does anyone know anything about this????

From what I've read, only the International Military & Figure Enamel Line (2XXX series) has been discontinued. The FS matched Enamels are still available as are the Metalizer Lacquer, Acrylic and Auto Enamel and Lacquer lines.

Cheers,
Rich

I didn't know Rust-Oleum had anything to do with them. Well good to shut down that rumor mill.

Testors has been part of RPM International for about 4 or 5 years now. Rust-Oleum is also owned by RPM.

Cheers,
Rich

Does this mean thatthey're dropping the 1/4 ounce 7 ml square bottles of paint? If so I'm glad I found a shop nearby (35 kilometers away) that sells the complete line of Humbrol paints. The closer shop (15 kilometers away) sells mostly the auto FS Testo's paints not the flat military colours.

Cheers
