So I found a little something that ticks off all my boxes for this one

LOL, you said EASY and picked this kit? The clear parts are the ones to cause concern, especially the bubble windscreen which is a touch wider than the fuselage. A thin strip on the bottom sorts that out so tape the fuselage halves together and offer the windscreen up to it to see how thick a strip you need.

I may not be posting much but am definitely watching!

This is gonna rock! I love this little bird, someday I want to do the Magnum P.I. version

I am surprised everyone has had such trouble with the windscreen. I never did when I built several of these earlier.

I believe it is because many are trying to correct the variant for 'Nam. Since that kit, there are two other companies who released the OH-6 series:

AZ Models (which I bought in Poland)

and Profiline:
