Hi everyone!
Here is my next project. A resin, 1/72nd scale Zetor 8011 from Brassica. Parts are beautifully cast and it has a lot PE parts aswell.

Level of detail is amazeing, so I just added some wires to the engine

PE parts were a bit tricky to bend.

I'm adding some details to the cabin now, but have nothing serious to show yet.
Till next time!

Thanks for looking in!

Gaaahhh!! He's joined Cook on the dark side. ;)
Great work Uros. That has gotta be the best defined kit of anything I've ever seen. No flash, everything nice and crisp. (y)

This is the best resin kit I have worked with. A real pleasure to build!
And don't worry, I will be back to things with wings soon. Perhaps it's time to build something that floats.

Back to tractor...
I've added all of the details in cabin and all parts are ready for primer.

I decided to make a trailer for it. everything needs to be schratchbuilt and I started with wheels.
I glued a few strips of styrene in a circle.

Then I sanded it to the right shape and added a rim. Sorry for the lack of photos, but this went so quick, that i forgot to take more.
I'll send this to my friend, who, I hope, will be able to make casts of this. If not, I have to make another one.

Thanks for looking in!

Hey guys!
I finaly had some time to get to the bench. Here is a bit of progress.
My friend cast new set of wheels for me.

And I have started wirh the trailer. The tank is styrene wraped around a piece of marker, to get the right diameter.

This was used to transport water or slurry(I hope it's the right word). Stil have to add details, but basic shape is done.

Wow! Full scratch! Some people call it scratch-building but use existing wheels... not you! :D

Regards,

Very nice indeed! In 1/72 scale, I imagine that P.E. must be pretty delicate.
The trailer is a brilliant addition.
Well done. Looking forward to seeing it progress!
