I believe Mark Persichetti (On The Mark Models - OTMM) still may have a few sheets in stock. He is truly over worked in his day duties but does respond to my e-mails (quite slowly though). Do you have his contact information? If not, PM me yours and I will forward your request to him. Sorry, but I don't have Mark's permission to give his contact information away.
