On the hunt for Silly Putty...

I went to Wal-Mart today with my mom & looked around for a few things & their model selection(& supplies) SUCK!! I looked all around for Silly Putty but, couldn't find any. The clerks were of no help either.
Where can it be found?

I'll keep that in mind should I end up in Stockton or Modesto again. I'll try the Dollar Tree next time I go to Sonora. I remember seeing this stuff in stores when I was younger.

I think I also got some at CVS or the like. It was on a little hangey thing randomly in some aisle. One of those impulse purchase things.

Now that's what I'm talkin' about! I remember them being in the stores (TG&Y, Rite-Aid, CVS,etc) on hangy thingys. Will check CVS after I get done with my X-rays at the hospital. Thanks Mike!! :drinks
 
Don't buy the knockoff version, if you do, you'll be sorry. There is a difference. :coolio

The only pink eggs I found at WalMart were nylons :bang head
Just got home from gettin' Xrays. Stopped at CVS & Dollar General. no luck at either place. Ahh well... Cracker Barrel??? :idonno Neva heard o' it Kenny... Mus' be a southern place?

Amazon might come into play. I just don't have a cc or an Amazon account. Panzer putty? I forgot all about that stuff!! Will have to wait for when I go to the city...
 
Ed, you need to look in the toy department for the Silly Putty. It comes on cards and is packaged in red eggs, not pink. Sometimes they'll be in blue or off-white eggs, but that is the Glo-in-the-Dark version. The regular stuff is in red eggs. If Wal-Mart hasn't got them, Target does in the toy department. I've picked up at least 12 eggs at Target; once they were even in the .99 section of sale stuff they have in the front of the store. That was only briefly though; I always find it in the toy section around the puzzles and other small toys.

Thanks Mark. I looked all over the toy Dept at WalMart. Don't think we have a Target near by but, do in the city tho. Will check it out when I go to Stockton or Modesto.
