On the SPRUE PUB FORUM top you will find:INTRODUCTION FORUM.

Click INTRODUCTION FORUM and you will find a grey bar: +NEW TOPIC
Click: +NEW TOPIC
Write a text on SUBJECT...for example;HI I AM VICNIC
Then Write in the block:MESSAGE,your message and click SUBMIT.

It's easy when you have done it several times!
