An idea for a future campaign

Just had an idea for a future campaign and thought I'd see what others thought.

Build anything with a torpedo (plane, ship, sub, chopper, etc...)

Maybe we could call it, " Damn the torpedoes" or "Torpedoes away" build?
 
Even the old torpedo that Farragut spoke of?

I like it. Got a PT Boat that needs an excuse to get build.
