Miniart created a well engineered if a bit overdone vehicle with this kit. It was a bit challenging at times but in the end there was victory

Thanks guys. It is difficult to get good pictures or add text . still trying to do everything with the phone. Trying to decide on new computer.

to answer the questions. The main issue with the kit is the truck cab was broken down into so many pieces that is was necessary to build.it in multiple subassemblies. The lever to engage the pto from the cab is too short. Other than that it's the standard miniart fare.......
The grass was done by starting white faux fir. It was glued to a piece of foam board with white glue. The base color of the fall grass was spray using the candy 2o tequila yellow. Once that was dry a this mix of the buff was over sprayed until I was satisfied with the color

The model looks nice. The colors are good and the amount of weathering is just right. Why is the refueler abandoned? Could it be that it got abandoned because it was out of fuel? :facepalm

Another excellent model completed. Keep them coming.

Cheers,
James

I have not given much thought to the back story except.a mechanical failure
